Well, hopefully. This list is a translation of a page from the Japanese website LUN@R; though it refers to the Japanese version of the game (which explains why some of the bromide names sound like titles of Sailormoon episodes), I've used the English names for convenience. I should stress that I am only translating what I am reading and have not played EB Remix myself, so I haven't checked these locations out personally; if you find an error, please e-mail me.
Explanation of the abbreviations used in the "Notes" column - an "E" denotes that the bromide in question cannot be found until the Epilogue; a "PS" denotes that the bromide can only be found in the epilogue in the Playstation version of EB Remix. (They apparently left out some bromides in the Saturn version of the game. Yeah, folks, I know, it sucks.)
Many thanks to Kizyr, who corrected and clarified the location descriptions for #11, 12 and 14 and provided directions to the Memory Crystal in the Epilogue (read on after the end of the table...).

As a bonus, Kizyr has also provided the location of the vaunted Memory Crystal in the Epilogue:
"Go to Nota (the town with the bridge) and on the East Side in the building that connects to the bridge you'll find a woman who looks like she's getting married. Talk to her and she'll tell you about how she's getting married to someone she isn't too fond of and talks about her boyfriend. She asks Hiro to help, answer yes (I think it's the third option)."
"Next go to the West Side and talk to someone outside the bar to the north, he'll tell you that girl's boyfriend is at the back of the bar. Head there and speak with him; Hiro should give him the message about her girlfriend getting married and her true feelings. (I think he asks you if you'll help him, I can't remember). Anyway, you'll all eventually leave the bar and break in on the marriage ceremony in heroic fashion."
"Note: Once you get the Crystal when you activate it it'll be full of question
marks. You have to revisit a place where you previously saw a particular
cinema (i.e., go back to the springs where Hiro breaks in on Lucia taking a
bath, Hiro gets an embarrassing reminder and Ruby says the Crystal lit up,
etc.)."
Lunar and all affiliated properties are owned by Game Arts or Working Designs, I don't have anything to do with any of the above parties, blah blah blah...oh, c'mon, it's just a bromide list.
